By accessing or using the GEX-Metrix website, dashboard, API, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers. GEX-Metrix reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

GEX-Metrix provides options market analytics derived from publicly available options data. The Service includes:
- Gamma exposure (GEX) calculations and visualisations
- Delta, Vanna, and Charm exposure profiles
- Open interest and volume analysis by strike and expiration
- Historical snapshot comparisons
- Educational blog content about options market structure

3. Permitted Use
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial research and educational purposes. You may not:
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service without prior written consent
- Reproduce, republish, or redistribute dashboard data, charts, or calculations for commercial purposes
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract proprietary calculation methods or source code
- Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service to third parties
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service except for authorised search engine crawlers
4. Intellectual Property
All content on GEX-Metrix including but not limited to text, calculations, charts, dashboard interfaces, proprietary algorithms (including the Hybrid Gaussian convolution method), logos, and design elements — is the intellectual property of GEX-Metrix and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
GEX-Metrix is not affiliated with or endorsed by CBOE.
5. No Financial Advice
Nothing on GEX-Metrix constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement.
GEX-Metrix does not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Any data, calculation, or analytical result is accurate, complete, or current
- Defects will be corrected
- The Service or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GEX-Metrix, its operators, employees, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or trading losses — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
GEX-Metrix's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to GEX-Metrix in the 12 months preceding the claim (or USD 10 if you have not paid anything).
8. Third-Party Services
The Service uses third-party services including Google AdSense (advertising), Google Analytics (usage analytics), and Cloudflare (infrastructure). These services have their own terms and privacy policies. GEX-Metrix is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
9. Privacy & Cookies
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Account Tiers & Subscriptions
GEX-Metrix offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers (Plus, Pro). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. GEX-Metrix reserves the right to modify pricing and feature availability with reasonable notice.
11. Termination
GEX-Metrix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at GEX-Metrix's sole discretion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable member state law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
